Throughout the World Wide Web lies a common myth: That if you apply all the best SEO techniques to your site, search engines like Google and Yahoo will automatically rank you very high, this is not true. Applying SEO will NOT guarantee you more traffic or get you ranked higher in search engines.

Neither you or I can say why this is. There are so many variables involved in the SEO process that it’s nearly impossible to say, “Yep. That’s the reason right there. Fix that and you’ll get more traffic.” The concept is so difficult to understand that you may have to engage in constant tweaking in order to do so.

How Search Engines work?
Search engines are not human beings.

It’s not as if a group of experts is assessing your website to determine its ranking. That’s not how it goes.

Instead, search engines use crawlers to scan sites. Web crawlers are known as spiders, a type of software that searches content for relevancy. Some spiders may visit your site twice a month or twice a year, there’s really no telling.

After these crawlers scan your website they give it a ranking based on that. A fact you ought to remember is that they are automatons. They aren’t able to think the same as a person. They programmed to do a specific job and nothing else. A spider is not going to suddenly decide to rescan a site to see if it can get the index to go up just because it was a good site.

I would suggest implementing SEO regularly. You don’t necessarily see the benefits of your effort right away. All you can do is keep applying what you have learned and hope that it work, . seo blog.
