Teach your recruits, but never do their work for them. You’re like the mother, after you show them you have to let them go so they can live in this business. It’s simple because they have to be able to replicate this for themselves and others. You can teach them well, then show them how it’s done and expect them to follow your lead. So if you deviate from that, and fail to do that, then you’ll become just any regular affiliate marketer doing some weird chicken dance. So teach them well, it’s what every good leader does.

Make yourself available to your downline and especially people you sponsor. People will tend to become negative if you’re not there to help them. People won’t want to reward someone who’s not present. By being available, your people will respond to that and work hard for you. Answer their questions and respond to their e-mails and phone calls.
